I had a disappointing experience with Paddy Platter:Rice and Shine today. I specifically requested that my Paneer Fried Rice be made with no spice or only a minimal amount of spice. However, when I received the food, it was overwhelmingly spicy and inedible for me. I called the hotel to address the issue, but the response from the staff was unsatisfactory. The representative I spoke to claimed that they had informed the kitchen about my request but then shifted responsibility, stating it was no longer their concern. The lack of proper customer service and failure to adhere to my dietary request was disappointing. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.
