I recently ordered food from this establishment, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. The quality and value for money were severely lacking. A prime example was the cream bun I purchased, which had barely 3% of the promised cream. This was not only a letdown but also felt misleading. As a customer, I believe that the purpose of any food establishment goes beyond just making a profit. It's about providing quality, satisfaction, and happiness. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and works towards improving their offerings to meet customer expectations." Excellent, tasty snacks items... Best bakery on the way to Ezhattumukham with good parking... But, Think twice before taking biriyani and cakes....
