Worst experience ever. This shop on Brigade Road (beside Toca, first shop – same as Pachu Rolls) is a complete disaster. The staff here are useless and have zero respect for customers. I ordered just a sandwich, but instead of doing their job, the 3 boys working there were busy staring at girls and teasing them. Not a single one cared to take my order seriously. I had to wait 20 minutes for something that should take 5 minutes. Absolutely pathetic service, dirty attitude, and no professionalism at all. If this is how they run their shop, better to shut it down. Customers deserve respect, not this nonsense.
