It took us a couple of days to learn that Ideal Icecreams owns Pabba's! You'll find Ideal Icecreams retailing all.over Mangalore. Pabba's is their flagship restuarant model that serves sandwiches, chaat, pizzas & the like with their vast icecream menu. We tried the Gadbad Special & Pabba's special It has a feel of nostalgia in a modern setup, tasted like how they would taste back in the day - creamy, rich, sweeter. Loved both the flavors & the portions. We went for the Classics as this was our first visit. The regulars mostly had Tiramisu icecream that we saw on every table. Weekdays or weekends, seems to be crowded. We were lucky to get the last token to be seated in. You do have the option of takeaway counter which is convenient for locals. Overall, a memorable experience that serves unapologeticas we remember them!
