Our visit to Paantya Restaurant in Udaipur was simply wonderful. The atmosphere beautifully captured the essence of Rajasthani royalty combined with warm, genuine hospitality. Located within the iconic City Palace grounds, Paantya requires either a prior reservation or accommodation at the palace for entry. After entering from City Palace Road, we parked conveniently near Shiv Niwas Palace. Throughout our visit, the staff was gracious and professional. We especially appreciated Ranjana Devi, who served us during lunch. Her attentive nature, genuine kindness, and clear understanding of our preferences made our experience truly memorable. Ranjana's sincere approach and warmth are rare qualities, even in high-end establishments. We enjoyed dishes like Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhani, paired with freshly baked butter garlic naan, stuffed kulcha, and ended with flavorful vegetable biryani. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and balanced perfectly. From the delicious food and stunning views to the genuinely warm service, our experience at Paantya was memorable and worth every penny spent.
