Being at this restaurant, order good ice cream. As a lot of visitors notice, the service is spectacular. The charming ambiance will be really just what you need after a long working day. 4 is what Paal Ice mahe received from the Google rating system.

Extremely disappointing. I visited this place a couple of times. I had an unpleasant experience the first time. I visited again, although I wonder now why I did. I waited almost ten minutes before someone cared to take my order. I was surprised because there was only one other person in the whole place l, and he was having something. I ordered something from the menu. The boy noted the order, came back after five minutes and informed me that the item I ordered was unavailable. So I asked him to point out at the items that were available, so that I could offer from one of those. He pointed atba few and I ordered an item from them. He came back with a bowl after another few minutes, and I was shocked to see it. It was completely different from what was described in the menu. To add to my disgruntlement, it had strawberry scoop on the top. I did not say anything because I wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. The ice cream was of inferior quality, the fruit slices were frozen, and there were bunch of guys sitting around the cash counter shouting and jeering which the manager showed no attention to. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place.
