Extremely Disappointed with Pzza Box, Sector 45 Noida!I had placed an order from Pzza Box in February, and due to an issue with the previous order, the staff assured me a replacement or compensation on my next purchase. The order delivered before had a hair strand in it, which was clearly conveyed to them as well. Trusting their word, I reached out today while placing a fresh order, only to be bluntly denied what was promised earlier.This is highly unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. If a business cannot stand by its word, how can customers trust them?I will not recommend Pzza Box Sector 45 to anyone who values honest service and customer satisfaction.
