The food quality is not good , and they don't listen to their customer cooking details, also their contact number is switched off. it's a very devastating experience . we have trust issues now on zomato.

I ordered twice from this restaurant, the same thing happened both times. The restaurant has a number that is always switched off. The delivery partners were waiting for more than 30 minutes on both occasions. I had to call zomato support to get my order. And the second time zomato support couldn't even contact the restaurant as the number was switched off, I was forced to cancel the order. If PVR Cafe can't provide service properly then they shouldn't show they are available to provide orders. Very disappointing service.
