It was my 2nd time here , and obviously I came because I loved the food for the first time though I had to wait for a long time. But this time there were cockroaches coming from here and there. Food is good . But hygiene is definitely an issue here. I am shocked from the reviews which I saw over google about the ambience which is not true, may be this could have done by the restaurant's relatives and friends. However, terrible experience at Punjabi Virsa! Staff were extremely arrogant and rude. Asked for momos chutney and they reacted like I'd asked for their kidneys! Quarrelled in front of guests, used foul language. Environment isn't women-friendly either. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. #badexperience #poorservice.
