Oldest , Cheapest and Best Vegetarian Hotel.PTR Tiffin Center:Middle class and Low class people's choicePrice list: (I purchased)1.Parotta (2 piece) - Rs.282.Pulkha (2 piece) with Panneer Butter Masala - Rs.32.3. Chilli Parotta - Rs.40 (Enough for 2 person).
