I had ordered modaks from your shop, but I was disappointed with the packing and quality. The modaks were not packed securely—they kept moving around (‘dancing’) inside the box, and when I held it from one side, some even fell out from the other end. Because of this, many modaks were damaged. Also, they didn’t feel very fresh. I kindly request you to improve the packing and ensure freshness, so that customers can enjoy them properly.
