One of the worse nightmare this bakery has given me today, ordered a nocream less sugar walnut cake for my in laws wedding anniversary, as both of the are diabetic, i request him to for no cream and quite less sugar. The price offered was 1500 rs and was stated that minimum quantity will be 1 kg. Today my husband went to pick the sae as he was unaware of which type of cake was ordered At the tym of cake cutting as i opening the cake, it was chocolate truffle cake full of chocolate cream, and sugar, immediately I called the bakery where they said, i am the one who ordered the same, and i replied them how can I order a chocolate cake full of cream and sugar with my diabetic parents. Neither he accepted his fault nor apologise, nor taken responsibility of his mistake and ruined the occasion as well. don't order from prakash bakery quality of food is not upto the mark..and zomato team also helpless...they told that we are not controlling food quality
