The biggest mistake was placing a repeated order we've been making since 2020. They delivered from Olio Pizza instead of POMP Pizza. This has broken the trust of a loyal customer who has recommended the same pizza to many others. The pizza was terrible, and the quality was worse than ever. There was a time when they used to offer complimentary olive oil, but now things have changed. It seems that when a restaurant becomes popular due to loyal customers, its quality starts to suffer.
