Good options of sweets and snacks available; their own packed biscuits and mini bite items are excellent, reasonably priced. It was hard for me to get the Staff's attention but they were helpful. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very bad experience . The counter staff who is managing the cash counter at polson bakers near ksrtc bus station doesn’t even know how to behave . This was not the first time . I always prefer polson becuase of its taste and the quality of food that they provide . But its been many times that this guy is behaving like this . Today we experienced the same behaviour its like we were waiting to pay the cash but he was like speaking on phone for continous and not even literally looking at us . This thing was happening evenever this guy is present in counter . We thought ok its fine why to complaint on somebody and put a bad review for a good bakery.But this has to be addressed I feel sad for the owner because he/she might be losing so many customers due to this staff’s behaviour. The thing is we always go to this same bakery on every alternate days. We have put the bill and cash which was extra on table and left.
