Being at this restaurant, try good pasta and nicely cooked pizza. A number of people note that the staff is courteous here. The fast service shows a high level of quality at PIZZA POINTS & KITCHEN. Enjoy the cool atmosphere here. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

My recent visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It took over 30 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered three chicken tikka rolls and two paneer rolls. However, the waiter mixed up the rolls, mistakenly serving chicken as paneer. This led to my vegetarian friend accidentally eating chicken, which was upsetting. When we pointed out their mistake, instead of being understanding, they argued with us, which was frustrating and disappointing. Though they eventually offered a small discount, it did not make up for the poor experience. The roll sizes were small, and the taste did not live up to expectations. Overall, it felt like a total management failure. I would not expect this from a reputed restaurant, and I hope they take steps to improve both their service and food quality.
