Visited Pizza Pin Restaurant with my best friend, his wife, and my wife and son. We all had a really good experience. The food was tasty and well prepared. The service was quick and polite, and the staff were friendly. They even helped us by taking our photos, which was a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We’ve ordered from this place before, and while it was decent enough, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. When we politely raised a concern about the food, the staff’s response was rude and dismissive. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the issue just an arrogant attitude and very poor customer service. What makes this even more disappointing is seeing the same tone used when responding to negative reviews online. Instead of listening to feedback, the responses come across as defensive and disrespectful. I’ve also noticed many other customers raising similar complaints about staff behavior in the reviews, yet there seems to be no effort to change or improve. Instead of getting the feedback and improve they are ignoring feedback, refusing to take responsibility, and behaving irresponsibly toward customers and that is not acceptable. Customers spend their hard earned money here and deserve basic respect. Speaking up about bad food or poor service isn’t asking for anything extra it’s completely fair. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving both customer service and how they treat their customers, rather than offering excuses.
