What was meant to be an enjoyable meal turned out to be a highly disappointing and unhygienic experience. Here are the key issues we observed: Poor Food Quality & Hygiene Concerns: The fries served to us had lumps of what appeared to be raw masala in them. These "masala balls" were unappetizing and raised serious concerns about hygiene and preparation standards. The chicken served was visibly undercooked, making it unsafe for consumption. The pizza was coated with what can only be described as a raw masala-like gravy, which not only lacked any appealing flavor but also tasted completely uncooked. The Pepsi had a film of oil on the surface which is clearly visible in the picture. Inadequate Staffing: At the time of our visit, only one staff member, Mr. Anthony, was managing the entire outlet. He was the only person taking orders, serving food, and attending to over 12 guests. This is completely unacceptable for any food outlet, let alone a brand like Pizza Hut. Lack of Accountability and Customer Courtesy: When we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the poorly prepared items, our request was outright denied, with staff saying that refunds are “not company policy.” This dismissive attitude compounded our frustration and left a sour impression of your brand.
