I had a really disappointing experience with Pizza Hut, both with delivery and dine-in. We ordered two pizzas through Swiggy, and unfortunately, both were really bad—the crust was dry, the toppings were scarce, and overall, the taste was nowhere near what you’d expect from a brand like Pizza Hut. This isn't the first time we've had issues. Even when we dined in at their outlet, the experience was just as bad. It seems like the people making the pizzas either don’t know how to make them properly, or Pizza Hut as a brand has seriously compromised on quality over time. Honestly, for the price we paid, the quality was nowhere close to acceptable. I’d rather order from a local pizzeria next time than waste money on subpar pizzas from here. Really disappointing! Great service at this hour and in so much rush ..
