I ordered a pizza named Farm Fresh Pizza 9 inches worth ₹378 from Pizza Bite and had a terrible experience. The pizza was stinking, the dough was not prepared properly, and the toppings were stale. It was completely inedible and I had to throw it away. Being a hotelier with 10 years of experience in the industry, I can confidently say that this is not just about taste, but a serious issue of food quality and hygiene. Serving food in this condition is unacceptable and disappointing. I hope Pizza Bite takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards, because at present the food is not worth the money or safe for customers.
