Ambience Vasant Kunj Paul - the small service area in front of Brooks Brothers, NOT the main restaurant! Genuinely one of the rudest service experiences I’ve had in a café. The girl taking our order was visibly irritated and in a rush from the start. No greeting, no patience, just an attitude that made it clear she didn’t want to deal with customers at all. (i get it you’re having a bad day but there is a basic courtesy that should be provided to paying customers) When the tiramisu came, it was honestly shocking. She didn’t stop at our table, didn’t place it properly, didn’t say anything except a sharp “tiramisu” while walking past. It felt like the plate was being shoved at us rather than served. Zero manners. Around us, multiple tables had their orders messed up, and the staff just stood there looking confused instead of fixing anything. No apologies, no ownership, just careless behaviour all around. the other server when she arrived said she didn’t understand hindi, so we tried to talk to her in english and she replied IN ENGLISH “I don’t understand” and ignored our queries to our faces. This place runs on the Paul name, but the service at this counter is incredibly embarrassing and makes the brand look bad. If this is how terribly customers are treated, people should think twice before coming here. Unless they seriously fix the staff attitude and basic service etiquette, this spot deserves to be avoided. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

They dont give a damn about their customers and are not even apologetic about it. My friend and i visited the Paul restaurant at Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj and ordered a braised chicken in red wine sauce, sandwich and 2 beers - 1 cold and another one at room temp. The service was superbly slow - sloth like. They came with one beer, saying they will check for the next one and came back after 15 mins. Then another 20 mins for the sandwich. And guess what, we didn't get the chicken even after an hour and multiple follow ups. We were so off and asked to cancel the order via the manager, he kept the cheque and left. No apology, nothing. Horrific service even with a senior staff on floor. Won't return.
