We came to this place after some mall hopping (and being a little unfulfilled with eating appetizers at another place). The coffee is honestly so good, but we loved the pizza here. The vibe of the place is really wholesome and happening.

My experience on 2nd October was nothing short of humiliating. I was seated at a table—with no prior warning that it was reserved—and happily placed my order. Within 10 minutes, Munna Mahapatra arrived, harassing me relentlessly, insisting that I either leave my table or the restaurant entirely. One employee even said I could stay, but Munna stood over me, making it impossible to remain, clearly taking pleasure in making a guest feel small and unwelcome. To make matters worse, he handed me the bill for a glass of matcha I had barely touched—just 2–3 sips—as if that excused his behavior. This wasn’t just bad service; it was targeted humiliation. I strongly believe he takes pleasure in humiliating and harassing guests, particularly single women dining alone. Paul’s, you’ve clearly mastered one thing by employing Munna Mahapatra: how to make your guests feel harassed, humiliated, and utterly unwelcome. Congratulations on that.....
