As a patron of Paul internationally, i was super excited to know they are now in Mumbai. But boy am i disappointed!! Been here 3 times and each time i have been let down. Of course i keep comparing to international standards set by themselves. Food is almost always inconsistent. Too much sugar in the drink or no fizz in the lemonade or wedges smell of bad oil or red wine sauce is unpalatably sour and foul chciken smell. Pizza also smelt of bad oil. Staff is in constant panic mode. That rubs off on patrons and i didnt once feel at ease while dining in. Their uniform is lopsided, ill fitted, stained and dirty. They seem upset all the time. Their bad mood and panic made me feel unsettled. I normally dont write reviews.. leave alone such a long one. But i was a huge Paul fan and i am just simply disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
