This is an updated review as Paramount Sigdi Dosa is now under new ownership. During my last visit, I noticed a significant increase in prices, almost double compared to before, and the taste has declined compared to the previous standards. The food was much better with the older management. With the current pricing, I believe there are better options available in the area, making this place not worth the visit anymore. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it due to the unreasonable pricing and reduced quality. Old review: Paramount Sigdi Dosa offered a delightful culinary experience. I savored their Alu Masala Dosa and Idly Sambhar, both exceptionally tasty. The unlimited servings of flavorful Sambhar and chutney were a treat. The unique touch of sigdi flame (dhuni) added to the taste. Although the coffee was average, the low cost, fresh preparations, and authentic flavors made it a value-for-money choice. Despite the wait due to fresh cooking, the overall experience was satisfying, and I highly recommend this place. I'll certainly be returning for more.
