Had a very unpleasant experience from the counter staff. On April 5th we purchased some veggies and paid money also showed the payment which has been done. After two days we went for a purchase but sudden while entering to the shop they criticized us for not paying the other day. Following we were sure we paid, and also showed them the screenshot but the counter staff without even checking the camera asked us to pay an amount, which later on found out that it was not us who didn`t pay..Such a disappointing customer service without even knowing who didn`t paid the money and simply criticizing others for not paying.
