The ambience is quite nice, but the service is very poor. We had to wait for hours just for a drink. I had a bad experience where I ordered a fruit punch mocktail, but they brought a milkshake instead. When I spoke to the staff, they were defensive and unaccepting of their mistake, displaying bad attitudes. For those unfamiliar with drinks, be cautious as you might end up getting something you didn't order.
