Chinese and Italian cuisines under the direction of the great chef are gorgeous at this place. Come here for good chicken and perfectly cooked prawns if you are hungry. Most guests point out that the staff is well-trained. Service at Ozora is something one can call enjoyable.

We have been to places. And some more. The food here is so bad that I'm at loss of words on how to explain the bad. We spent 46k on bad food ...the service was great but the food.

They have a policy that you need to pay 1k/ person as a cover charge if you wanna sit in the rooftop that is fully refundable, which is quite okay considering the awesome view of the city skyline and the Elite place they maintain, but the catch goes like this. We went there around 4:45 p.m. and the heat was really harsh atm so we decided to sit inside for a while and later we'll shift on the rooftop. Which they agreed upon initially, but when we told them we wanna shift outside around 6:30 p.m. they told us that we need to pay them extra 3k for the cover charges, we already had a bill amount of 7k at that time which is double the cover charges for 3 people, even after several requests they did not allow us to shift outside. We get it that you guys have a really expensive place to maintain and you want us to shell out atleast 1000 bucks per person if we are entering the joint, but please keep this in mind if the bill amount exceeds the cover charges person it is not at all justified that you won't allow them to shift outside that too when the place is 70% empty. This is kolkata if we are going around afternoon anyone will prefer to sit in the ac, but the scenario changes after sun set. Hope the management will get this situation and try to rectify it, the beauty of this place will go wasted with such disgusting policies.
