I order couple of plates of chicken Biryani today in lunch, I was shocked to see the quality of biryani has detoriated like this. I wouln’t not call this as Kolkata Biryani and rather call it as sticky pulao. Rice were completely sticky and the amount of Oil they have used is clearly visible over thr bottom of my plate. Please don’t loot customer in the name of Kolkata Biryani- where the price we pay is almoat double of any other authentic south indian Biryani and don’t deserve this. This genuiene not for other but for Oziano to kindly take serious note and improve on the quality . All the best Food: 2
