So we visited at the occasion of there 12th anniversary there was a offer of Rs.12 paneer pav and I literally took 15 small kids with me and prior to the visit I also called them to confirm if we can come or not they said we are open till 11:30 pm and offer is still valid and on, so when we visited they said "out of stock" and we came back. All the kids were upset and sad. So I'm just telling if you're claiming to give an super offer then be prepared and you have to analyse how many people will come because of the offer, we have to keep up the stock please plan prior so that no one should remain upset especially kids. And yes it is true that because of offer only we visited but now with this experience today only thing which I can say that is "oye pappe" lied and with this kind of offers the only thing they try is a maximum footfall so that there is Buzz around social media. Result - negative word of mouth Sorry a very Bad experience "oye pappe"
