This company Behaved Rudely. Blocked in whatsapp. Utter nonsense and bad professionalism from Mr. Prasanth. Incident. - I planned to start a cafe an year ago and enquired at WhatsApp for these momos supply. Unfortunately my cafe plans got delayed and I couldnt start until now due to some fund delays. Now after an year when the funding got settled, i just sent message to their WhatsApp today enquiring about a local executive in Kerala. They replied and saying that they are blocking me coz of spamming message!!!! I'm attaching chat screenshot here. I stumbled and further contacted him through phone call. Mr. Prasanth, who attended the call admitted that he usually handles WhatsApp and blocked me. The reason he states is very strange - " Sir, you enquired and year ago and if u were a genuine customer, you would have closed the deal in 3-4 days. You are not a genuine customer, so i dont want to waste my time ".... What an arrogance and un professionalism. I tried to convey him but he didnt even listen to me and disconnected call several times!! Accusing a customer as a fake on illogical reasons! This is what we expect from a sales team? Whats the logic behind his insult, i dont understand. He says he distributes to Kerala and other South Indian states. But he showed zero common sense in communicating with a customer and insulted. There is an old saying in Malayalam, our native tongue - " അഹങ്കാരം തലയ്ക്ക് പിടിച്ചാൽ ആനയും നിലമ്പരിശാകും " This guy, Mr. Prasanth could possibly be the reason for the collapse of this company.
