Absolutely Disappointing Experience - Never Ordering Again I recently ordered two parathas from Oye Kiddan, expecting a simple taste, but what I received was nothing short of appalling. First off, the parathas themselves were extremely dry and undercooked. The texture was all wrong – they were tough, lacking the softness and flakiness you'd expect from a well-made paratha. The filling was sparse, and the overall quality of both the Aloo Paneer Paratha and the Aloo Paneer Cheese Paratha was extremely subpar. It felt like the parathas were hastily made, without any attention to detail or care in preparation. Worst of all, both paratha were extremely salty. To make matters worse, the quantity was a joke. Both parathas were significantly smaller than what I’ve received from any other reputable place. These were almost half the size of a regular paratha, leaving me still hungry after my meal. It’s clear that they’ve cut corners in terms of both ingredients and portion size, which is completely unacceptable. The most frustrating part of the order was the lack of side dishes. Normally, each paratha comes with its own side dish, but this restaurant cheaped out and only sent one side dish for two parathas. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of the order while providing the bare minimum. And if you think that’s where the disappointment ends, think again. The packaging was horrendous. All the ghee that was supposed to be inside the parathas ended up soaking through the packaging, creating a greasy mess. Not only did it make the meal unappetizing, but it also ruined my entire dining experience. The lack of care and proper packaging shows a complete disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. For the price I paid, this was nothing short of a scam. There are far better places to order from, where they actually put effort into the food and respect their customers. I will not be returning to Oye Kiddan again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place if they value their time, money, and taste buds. As seen in the photo, they didn't even take ownership of their mistake. Service: Delivery Food: 1
