Worst experience ever at Over The Flow! I booked through EazyDiner for a 15% discount, but they completely cheated us by refusing to give it when we reached. When we asked about it, the staff, especially Naveen, behaved extremely rude and arrogant. No sense of customer service or basic manners. The way they talk to customers is disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll never visit this place again, and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their time or money here. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience at Over The Flow. I booked my table through the EazyDiner app, which clearly mentioned a 15% discount, but when we visited the restaurant, they refused to provide the discount. When I tried to explain, the staff, especially Naveen, was very rude and unprofessional in his behavior. Totally disappointed with their customer service and attitude.
