Taste perfectly cooked pizza. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is disorganized here. According to the clients, the main drawback of Oven Story is the disappointing service. This place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Ordered using swiggy. For one hour it shows restaurant is preparing the order. At last I tried calling wherein their num was not reachable. After multiple attempts when they received my call, they gave lame excuses of not having staff to deliver the order and do not have anything else to say. Just waste of time. At this time I am hungry and alone at home. Service: 1

Third class service , don't ever think to order from oven story ,as they place order and later on cancel it themselves without informing customers, I had ordered for my dad's birthday , but they cancelled the order and not even informed me. Will never recommend anyone to order from over story. It was really disappointing. And their executives not even bother to reply customers on time.
