Ordered at 1:25 PM and this turned into a complete waste of time. The app kept showing a 30-minute preparation time repeatedly, but the order never progressed. There was no transparency and no honest update about what was actually happening. The delivery executive was shown far away and could not be contacted. Calls and messages went unanswered. The restaurant was equally unresponsive — no calls answered, no clarification, no effort to communicate. This shows poor management, zero coordination, and complete disregard for customers’ time and money. If you cannot prepare food on time or handle delivery properly, you should not be accepting orders in the first place. There was no apology, no explanation, and no responsibility taken. Just delays and silence while the customer is left waiting. This place clearly lacks basic service standards. Do not order from here unless you are okay with delays, ignored calls, and a ruined meal plan. Service: Delivery

Very poor service and staff is very rude. We ordered from Zomato and they didn't deliver even after one hour. Zomato washed their hands saying restaurant has their own delivery team and it is not reachable. We called restaurant and they spoke very rudely saying there are so many orders so we cannot track delivery guys. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

We ordered pizza from the Oven story through the Eatsure app. Very quick delivery. The pizzas tasted fresh and very yummy. Better than dominos pizza. Will definitely order again from the oven story. Thank you for making my 31st party memorable with yummy food.
