I ordered for a dutch truffle pastry as I had 2-3 spoons I realised cake is not fresh..its hard as if its kept for 3-4 days..I told them its not fresh and I dont like it the cake is not fresh they said ma'm its fresh.i told them no and just kept d cake nd asked them to throw it nd left they wer least bothered to come and ask whats the problem or replace my order..I felt so bad bcoz I never waste my food or throw it but dis was so bad that I had to do..
Later I again went to oven pick thinking I forgot my parcel they wer least bothered to apologise...I just give it 1 point in terms of decoration and presentation..I just wish this place comes up with better things or either gets shut down.
Ps..I wanted to post d cake pics but never judge a cake by its presentation..u dont know whats inside. .so not doing.
The pastry's are fresh. And can be enjoyed. The same for the cakes and cookies. They even make chocolates which can be used for gifting purposes. These guys do take orders for occasions.
Ive been to many ovenpick outlets. Some as dirty as they can get. Others sell their stuff beyond expiry date so carelessly. But this one goes on as it has a good number of customer base.
