I had a very disappointing and unhygienic experience with Ovenly Bakery. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake and a brownie on two different occasions. In the cheesecake, I found an insect, and in the brownie, there was a long hair baked inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their hygiene and food safety standards. I was expecting good quality, but this experience was the worst.
