I’ve ordered oven story pizzas before and I’ve enjoyed them thoroughly. But today I had good terribly upsetting experience. The pizzas were hard and chewy. Not just a little bit. After eating just 2 slices our teeth were hurting! This clearly showed that the pizzas were reheated and hence they were so hard. And if they were reheated, when were they cooked? An hour ago? Yesterday? That’s not acceptable. I’ve reviewed 5-stars to several products from Rebel food’s kitchen. And I’d have let this pass if some item was missing, or taste wasn’t proper. But this was a case of deliberate mismanagement of our food. It breaches the trust we place in them that they’ll handle our food properly. Had it been a small restaurant cutting corners like this it could be understood, but such practices going on in the kitchen of such a big company can’t be ignored. I hope stern action is taken in this matter so no other customer has to face such an incident again. Thanks.
