Today it was my second order through Swiggy. Ordered at 10 PM in night it took 45 minutes for the order to be picked up and then was delivered in an hour. Like the first order the food was too cold and required reheating. also not delicious as expected because of popularity. Regret that I didn't ordered from Dominos Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic food. Ordered first time from their bestseller list and highly disappointed. Both the Pizzas were burnt and were smelling bad. Please don't order from this place ever. Food: 1 Service: 1

Horrible experience! We ordered at 10 p.m. and it took one full hour for the pizza to arrive. Oven Story has listed themselves on Zomato but they don’t use Zomato’s own delivery partners. Instead, they send their own riders who have to handle multiple orders at once. It’s not the delivery guy’s fault — it’s the fault of Oven Story Pizza’s management. If you are on Zomato, then please use Zomato delivery partners. Every single time I have ordered, the order has been delayed — not even once has it come on time, whether I ordered through your website or Zomato. Please improve your service, otherwise you will keep losing customers. If you don’t know how to run a business, then please don’t do business. My family kept waiting for an hour, everyone got frustrated, and by the time the food came it was cold and tasteless. My father even left the table saying it was the worst pizza of his life. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
