Today i ordered from oven story today also the pizza was so cold as everytym i ordered i get the cold pizza only . Wht the useless behaviour is this everytime i get disappointed from oven story as in may mnth i have ordered twice from oven story n both tym same experience Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 5

I ordered for paneer tikka pizza and cheese Margaretta thin crust...the base of cheese margaretta was totally burnt and paneer tikka pizza was totally tasteless as well sweet...as if i had ordered puranpoli pizza....moreover to add on that customer care representatives told me to wait for paneer tikka pizza for one week...which i can see its non-sensitive statement....i told them i want replacement for paneer tikka pizza but they denied on that and tried give replacement for margaretta pizza which was worst in taste.
