I'm very disappointed with the food. I ordered couple of pizza from your restaurant but its totally wastage of my money and it is also dangerous for my health too. Not recommended. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400

I am rating oven story app one star. I selected a pizza on which free garlic bread offer was there. But on delivery no garlic bread only pizza was there. This happened twice with us. They're making fool of customer. After discussing with customer care and drafting email on this issue no corporation or customer oriented steps are taken. Other pizza company on this kind of mistake they offer benefits to compensate their mistakes like Dominos offer 3 medium pizza free etc. But they offered surepoints with lots of terms and conditions which are of no use to customer. For oven story customer relationship are not important, average food quality and service. Not recommended
