I had ordered from Ovenstory Pizza before like 5 years back and the service and taste was good. But this time I recently ordered from Ovenstory Pizza and the experience was pathetic. I got a Buy 1 get 1 Free offer on pizza. I got the order very late from Zomato. The Pizzas were cold. Both the pizzas tasted like frozen pizza. It was not at all freshly prepared. Please improve your cooking and pizza preparation style. Next time I'll never order from here. I recently ordered pizza from Oven Story, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The pizza had no crust, was stale, and even burnt in some parts. Honestly, even a street vendor offering pizza would have been a better option than this. I had seen a lot of negative reviews on Reddit and elsewhere, but I decided to ignore them and give it a try. In hindsight, if I had trusted my instincts and those reviews, I would have saved myself the trouble and spent my money at more reliable places like Domino’s or Pizza Hut.
