I bought bread from oven magick and went home before unwrapping it, I realized that one side of the bread was crushed so I went to exchange it, but the shopkeeper told me that, that was the last one they had, so I requested to give me my money back, but he refuses. so I requested store credit he even referred to give me store credit, so overall I had a very bad experience with oven magick very rude staff.
