"I received the cake after 9 PM, and there was an offer of a 25% discount at that time. I even reminded them that it was already 9 PM and asked if they had applied the 25% discount. I bought a fruit cake for which I paid ₹570. A 25% discount should have been applied to this, but it wasn’t. Also, the candles were supposed to be included.". Service: 1 Service: Take out

Bad experience while placing order in occasion cake shop. They don't have basic ethics how to talk to customer. Pathetic people pathetic service. I will not recommended anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+

Rabdi malai cake The cake is tasteless, pls don't order it, I have never had such a cake, normally all flavor we have tried and we are a regular customer of occasions dombivli, but this time I am really disappointed. Ordered through swiggy
