Really disappointed with The Oven Classics this Mother’s Day. I ordered a 1 kg Black Forest cake online — not only was it delivered late, but no one responded to my follow-up calls after promising a callback. I ended up going to the store myself, only to find the cake still wasn’t ready. Worst part? The cake was half-baked.
