I recently visited Oudh 1590 Saltlake and was thoroughly disappointed. The Kolkata Mutton Biryani was excessively spicy, with stale aaloo and rice. The mutton was stiff, and even after replacement, it had an overpowering Khara masala flavor. The Lucknowi Paratha lacked the desired crispiness and thinness. The Bhuna Chicken had poorly blended gravy and subpar chicken quality. Even one of the waiters was irresponsive and ignorant. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, this experience was a letdown.
