Worst Customer Service , No food selection and when you placed an order it take ages for them to provide food which Is not acceptable, No pick up drop off service, Hygiene issue , Insect at buffet area, unprofessional staff, unprofessional manager, provided wrong information, I have to start work at specific time and they cancelled pick up and drop off service at last minute and they spoiled my day and routine, I was late at work because of unprofessional behavior. No Cleanliness; Drainage issue in the bathroom ; Bad quality is worst. Staff behavior - rude, Front desk - she did not provided any email address or contact number to register a complain. Service: 1

Service excellent...Rooms are clean and restaurant staff friendly .Specially Vaishnavi in restaurant is hard worker, India Reception Samriddhi is so polite and helpful for room bookings. I stayed in this hotel frequently the staff made me feel safe like home, Lonavala is 30kms from here, delicious food and we'll maintained rooms are impressive. Service: 5
