This hotel ambience and staffs are good, but for business travellers its important to note that internet connection is too bad, you can't attend any online meetings Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3

It’s actually a 2+star hotel. Staff provides excellent lip service I.e. very polite but do diddly squat. 1. Kitchen closes at 10:40. Haven’t heard this for any 4 star hotel. 2. Asked for something the person forgot. When I called said we only have one of the items and that too is given to another guest. Didn’t have the courtesy to call back and tell me they don’t have it 3. If you forget your key in a room good luck! They call CIA, FBI and the National security advisor at the Pentagon in US but lord have mercy on you if you ask for another key. 4. The Gym has 4 AC’a one of which swithes on doesn’t much cool. The equipment is okay resembles a dingy hastily thrown together gym 5. Food they do make an effort. But first four star hotel I have seen where ther is no cofffee machine. They give you the rooms at a steal on corporate rates but they do steal back your right to a good experience. Unbelievable! Service: 1
