I had a really good stay at The Residency Tower in Trivandrum. The location is perfect—right in the city center, super close to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the experience even better. Rooms were spacious, neat, and comfy. I loved the rooftop restaurant (great food and nice city views!) and the pool was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of options and kept me full until lunch. On the flip side, some of the interiors feel a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi setup could be easier. Service at the restaurant was a little slow at times, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great service and value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Trivandrum.

I have stayed at Hotel Residency Tower several times now and have been impressed by their quality each time. The food (both at their Orion restaurant and their rooftop restaurant) is fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well maintained every day. The absolute standout of this hotel however, is the quality of the service. The staff are fantastic and could not be any more accommodating. They are always a pleasure to deal with and are one of the main reasons that next time I go to Trivandrum, I will be staying at Hotel Residency Tower. Service: 5
