Had a bad experience here. The restaurant is absolutely slow and furthermore after breakfast, i forgot my handbag at the table. When I got back to it, I had some cash missing from my bag and nobody was ready to take accountability. I for sure can not trust this place in future.

My recent stay at the Hotel Residency Tower for 6 days was truly wonderful. The hotel’s location made it an ideal base for both business and relaxation, and the overall experience was top-notch. I stayed in a Delux Room which was exactly as advertised: spotlessly clean and modern. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The amenities, including complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries, were good. What truly sets this establishment apart is the service. Every member of staff, from the concierge team to the housekeeping crew, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The front desk, in particular, was swift and efficient during both check-in and check-out. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the dining facilities. The Complimentary Breakfast Buffet offered a great variety of delicious local and continental options, and the food quality was consistently high. I would highly recommend Hotel Residency Tower to anyone visiting the area, whether for a quick trip or an extended stay. It provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning soon!
