I ordered pad thai noodles and dumpling from oriental mom. The order was prepaid, but due to rain the order was getting delayed. On contacting the restaurant they informed that the order is prepared but no rider is available, in the end the order was never delivered and was marked as delivered. I have neither received the refund. I tried contacting the customer support but no one replied back. What is the point of customer support if they are not willing to help? I want my money back. This is the ridiculous and worst experience i ever had.
