After a long walk around Museo del Gobierno y Galeria de Arte, come to this restaurant and have a rest here. XO has tasty Dim sum, fried chicken and fried cheese listed on the menu. Good is the most suitable description for mango dessert at this place. You will appreciate delicious tea or great coffee at this spot.

I visited XO with my family on 12th March 2025 to celebrate my son's 4th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The only positive aspect was its location inside the JW Marriott, but everything else was subpar. 1. I had to tell the manager we were considering leaving without having any food due to the extremely poor service. 2. The food quality was average at best. For example, Kylin at Elante offers a much better experience. 3. The prices are ridiculously high. While I understand it's in a JW Marriott, the quality and experience should reflect the hotel’s prestigious name. 4. The ambiance and atmosphere were quite unpleasant. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. I had to inform the staff, and they explained that the central AC would take forever to cool the space. 5. When food orders are delayed, you expect the food to be freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the dumplings were served almost cold. 6. The servers didn’t seem to know the menu or the dishes they were serving. 7. Some staff even seemed to think serving water was beneath them. Thank you for ruining what should have been a special evening. For the record, I’m a Platinum guest with Marriott and am well aware of Marriott's usual standards. It seems like this restaurant is outsourced and doesn't align with the level of service Marriott typically upholds. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
