One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Koyo Koyo in Chandigarh is all hype with nothing to deliver. The staff was downright arrogant, behaving as if they were doing us a favor by letting us in. They made a huge fuss about “strict reservation timings” and even threatened to cancel, despite the restaurant being more than 80% empty when we arrived. We were just 15mins late considering weekend Chandigarh traffic.This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable in hospitality. The food was another disaster — every single dish was overloaded with sugar, poorly balanced, and completely lacking in authentic flavors. Even the items marked with ️ sign in the menu were sweet. Nothing stood out except how bad it was. To make matters worse, the prices were sky high, which only added insult to injury. When you’re charging premium rates, at the very least, you should provide decent service and food that justifies the price. Unfortunately, Koyo Koyo failed miserably on both counts. A total waste of time and money — definitely not recommended to anyone. “Chashni” is the right name for this place! “Must Order” Regular water- tasted the best without any sugar!
