Fantastic brands with good chefs and expensive tastefully done interiors, invariably fall into a routine trap... of ignoring the last mile customer interface teams. They are slow, communicate pathetically, resulting in their inability to translate the customization to the Chef. They stand around unaware of the word PROACTIVE service and are not very attentive.
