Worst service. Irresponsible hotel management. The room which we have taken in that TV was not working. Toilet lock was broken. Bed sheet was not cleaned. Poor housekeeping. Only thing is that it is only hotel available in barrackpore, of which they are taking advantage. Suggestion: don't go for AC room, it will be full waste of money. Don't expect any large room, it ll b all small. Even they take VAT on basic charge of room. WORST!!!!
