The rooms are spacious ,but the bathrooms specially the bathing area is unclean and lack even the basic bathroom freshener, the room is cleaned by housekeeping but they don't bother to tuck the blanket and just keep it folded . The receptionist is very rude and lacks the basic smile and courtesy. On our arrival they lacked the basic courtesy of offering drink or say even water.the place in the name of resort has only a swimming pool and a play area for the kids to offer.

A great place for family vacation in Orchha. This place is a little far from city but still logistics are great. The food is great here, the rooms are nice hut the linen provided was not as fresh and you can smell cigarettes off the room. The staff is well trained but the service timings can be improved Service: 3

This hotel is built with great outlook and grand exteriors. Unfortunately, poor quality maintenance and cleanliness. Be careful if you are going with your kids, they may fall in the room if floors will have moistures just because bathrooms and rooms are not well maintained. We had to cancel our stay after one night stay!! The management was kind enough to support in cancellation after few hours of pleading and negotiation for our own money! I don’t mind going to this hotel if they improve their cleanliness and maintenance!! Service: 1
