“Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. One particular lady at the counter behaved more like a jailor than hospitality staff—no courtesy, no smile, no basic manners. The overall attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit. If you want to spoil your mood, this is the place to go. This was our first and definitely the last visit. This was really good. Only one word of caution is that the entrance to Orchard is not as per google maps so that needs to be updated correctly. Only people who know the place will be able to access it easily. What we did was to call on the Google contact number and got them to explain the route to the driver. That worked out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Parking space: Plenty of parking
